Systems Builder Intern | 100-Day Internship (Unpaid)

We're looking for a BCA student who builds the infrastructure everyone else runs on.

This is a backend-of-the-business role. You won't be customer-facing, and you won't be writing content. You'll be the person making sure our CRM is correctly configured, our automations are running, our CDP is instrumented properly, and every integration between these systems is healthy. When something breaks silently, you're the one who catches it. When we need a recent workflow built, you're the one who builds it.

The team depends on these systems to do their jobs. You're the one who makes that possible.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Configure and maintain our CRM (Zoho) — keeping it accurate, structured, and aligned with how the product and process evolve

• Build and maintain automation workflows across our stack — WhatsApp journeys, outreach sequences, and internal process automations using n8n

• Instrument and manage CDP events — making sure the right signals are firing, the right data is being captured, and nothing is silently broken





• Monitor integration health across systems and fix issues before they become someone else's problem

• Hand off clean, working systems to the operators who run them — and stay available when they don't behave

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with CRM tools — Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or anything you've actually configured beyond basic data entry

• Comfort with automation platforms — n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar. Not just connecting two apps, but building logic-driven workflows

• Understanding of how APIs, webhooks, and integrations work — enough to debug when something stops talking to something else

• Familiarity with event tracking or CDP concepts — what gets instrumented, why it matters, and how to validate it

• A builder's instinct — you see a manual, repetitive process and immediately think about how to eliminate it
