About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to support our growing US customer base in the plumbing fixtures industry. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, architects, and distributors, ensuring a seamless customer experience through prompt communication, efficient issue resolution, and accurate order management.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

* Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.

* Resolve customer concerns, warranty claims, and product-related issues while maintaining high service standards.





* Maintain accurate customer records and interactions within the CRM system.

* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

* Provide product information, technical documentation, and installation guidance when required.

* Track recurring customer issues and communicate improvement opportunities to the product and quality teams.

* Prepare periodic reports on customer inquiries, service performance, and resolution metrics.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the company’s commitment to quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

* 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or inside sales.

* Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
