Role & responsibilities

The person should personally execute:
- Facebook and Instagram campaigns
- Geo-targeted campaigns across Berlin and Germany
- WhatsApp and email marketing
- Reels, videos, posters and campaign creatives
- Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and related tools




- AI image and video production
- Content calendars and daily posting
- Landing-page content and campaign offers
- Meta Pixel, tracking and campaign reporting
- Local competitor and audience research
- Testing advertisements, audiences, offers and formats
- Scaling successful campaigns based on performance

Preferred candidate profile
- 3-6 years of hands-on marketing experience
- Strong work ethic and daily execution discipline
- Proven Meta Ads results
- Strong Photoshop and video-editing ability
- Experience creating short-form and AI-generated videos
- Ability to launch campaigns without constant supervision
- Basic understanding of German customers
- Strong written English
- Willingness to work overlapping German hours
- Comfortable supporting multiple brands
