Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Human Resource Manager role based in Mumbai. The Human Resource Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, managing HR policies and compliance, handling employee relations, and supporting payroll and benefits processes.



The role involves maintaining accurate HR documentation, organizing training and development initiatives, and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resource Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth in a quick-paced digital business environment.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Experience in performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
- Ability to manage HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance relevant to Indian businesses.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR management tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR
