Job Summary:
- Architecture / Interior design
- Reports to Project Designer/CEO

Brief:
- Oversee and manage site activities for interior design projects.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of site execution in line with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and work progress.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients to implement project plans.
- Ensure materials and resources are utilized efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with design standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports and updates for stakeholders.




- Address and resolve on-site issues or challenges promptly.
- Maintain health and safety standards at the site.

Skills & competencies:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in site supervision.
- Strong understanding of interior design plans and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with construction materials and techniques.
- Proficient organizational and time management skills.
- Solid problem-solving ability & ability to lead a team on site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination.

Work Location:
- On-site role with occasional office coordination
- May require extended hours to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
