Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Tax Manager
to lead and manage the organization's global tax compliance, tax provisioning, and tax advisory activities across multiple jurisdictions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with
US federal and state tax compliance, international tax matters, transfer pricing, and Indian tax regulations
, preferably within a multinational
IT Services, Digital Engineering, Consulting, or Technology organization
.

The role will partner closely with external tax advisors, business leaders, accounting teams, and auditors to ensure timely compliance, effective tax planning, and mitigation of tax risks across global operations.
