Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and audit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of GST compliance, tax filings, and financial record management. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with statutory auditors and ensuring timely completion of audit and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

* Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.

* Handle GST compliance, including GST return preparation and filing.

* Assist in tax filings and ensure timely statutory compliance.

* Coordinate with statutory auditors and provide required documents during audits.

* Support the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.

* Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.





* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

* Maintain proper documentation of financial records and statutory filings.

* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance.

* Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax filing procedures.

* Experience coordinating with auditors for statutory and tax audits.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar ERP systems.

* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in handling statutory compliance and financial reporting.

* Familiarity with Income Tax and ROC compliance will be an added advantage.
