Account Executive - Mumbai

Manage and service client accounts on an international voice process, representing TechSpire.ai to customers based in the US and other English-speaking markets. This is a night-shift, in-office role based in Mumbai, India ideal for candidates who communicate confidently in English with a neutral American accent.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for an international voice process, representing TechSpire.ai professionally
- Manage and service assigned client accounts, resolving queries and maintaining strong relationships
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets during night-shift hours
- Accurately log call details, account updates, and follow-ups in internal systems
- Escalate complex account issues to the appropriate team when needed

Requirements
- Night shift, in-office (Mumbai, India)
- Positive English communication skills with an American accent
- Spanish language ability is an asset
