Key Responsibilities

1. Execution of Triple Duty Bond at Port (ACC/ICD)

Prepare documentation for execution of Triple Duty Bonds, including:
- KYC documents of superiors
- Procurement projections
- Purchase Orders (POs)

Coordinate with port authorities (ACC/ICD) to ensure timely bond execution.

2. Import Documentation & Reporting

Maintain and update the Inward Report daily for all duty-free goods received under

bonded shipments.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with MOOWR

(Manufacturing and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations) and customs

requirements.

3. Consumption & Performance Reporting

Finalize the Monthly Consumption Report and prepare Annexure B for regulatory

compliance.

Prepare and present the Monthly Performance Report (PPT) for internal management

review.

4. Bill of Material (BOM) Coordination

Coordinate with the Project Team to request, validate, and format the Bill of Material

(BOM) as per customs requirements.

Submit the finalized BOM to customs authorities for processing.

5. Export Documentation





Prepare Export Part A & B and the Consumption Worksheet for filing Ex-Bond Bills of

Entry (BOE), including:
- Domestic Tarif Area (DTA) sales
- Ex-bond “as-is” exports

6. Customs Intimations & Submissions

Manage the timely intimation and submission of:
- Export Part A & B
- Shipping Bills (SBs)
- Export Invoices
- Ex-Bond BOEs
- BOM submissions
- RWC (Returnable Waste Clearance)
- Bond updates

7. SEZ Procurement & De-Bonding

Coordinate SEZ procurement formalities, including:

o Issuing Space Certificates

Executing SEZ de-bonding procedures and associated documentation

8. Scrap Handling & Duty Payment

Calculate applicable duties for scrap materials.

Coordinate duty payments in compliance with customs regulations and internal finance

processes.

9. Stock Reconciliation

Perform periodic reconciliation between MOOWR stock and system stock.

Resolve discrepancies and ensure all records comply with statutory
