We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support our legal and documentation processes at our Thalayolaparambu branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to company operations, particularly chit fund agreements and recovery matters.
- Coordinate with the legal department for drafting notices, affidavits, and related documentation.
- Ensure all documents are legally compliant, properly maintained, and filed.
- Support in managing legal correspondences and records in an organized manner.




- Assist in preparing materials for legal proceedings and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather information and ensure proper documentation for legal processes.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as applicable to chit fund operations.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (except LLB) – mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal documentation or a similar role, preferably within financial services, NBFCs, or chit fund companies.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, documentation standards, and basic understanding of recovery-related legal procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- Age: 25 years and above.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with the legal team.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and basic English (spoken and written).
- Robust organizational and time-management skills.
