Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Head to oversee the overall operations, business growth, and team performance of our center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, ensuring excellent customer experience, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Drive admissions, sales, and revenue growth to meet monthly targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of counselors, trainers, and administrative staff.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and student satisfaction.
- Develop and execute local marketing and business development initiatives.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
- Maintain discipline, compliance, and company policies within the center.
- Coordinate with the corporate office regarding operations, finance, HR, and marketing activities.




- Handle escalations and resolve student, parent, or customer concerns effectively.
- Optimize resource utilization and control operational expenses.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in center operations, branch management, or business operations.
- Experience in the education, training, healthcare, retail, or service industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
