Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced AI Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences including students, faculty members, and corporate professionals.

Key Responsibilities -

Training Delivery
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI.
- Conduct online, offline, and hybrid training programs.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs.
- Conduct Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and corporate training sessions.

Curriculum Development
- Design and update course content, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Develop industry-relevant case studies and practical projects.
- Create learning materials aligned with current AI trends and technologies.

Technical Mentorship




- Mentor students on AI projects, hackathons, internships, and research initiatives.
- Guide learners in building portfolios and real-world AI solutions.
- Provide technical support and project reviews.

Innovation & Research
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies.
- Contribute to AI product development and innovation initiatives.
- Support research, publications, and industry-academia collaborations.

Business & Community Engagement
- Represent MindLyft AI during workshops, conferences, webinars, and industry events.
- Support pre-sales discussions and technical demonstrations when required.
- Assist in building partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate organizations.
