Role Description
This is a full time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. The Vice President Business Development Digital Media will lead the development and execution of growth strategies, focusing on acquiring new brand partners and expanding existing relationships. This role will identify and originate high-value barter opportunities, design innovative deal structures, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.



The VP will collaborate with internal teams to align media solutions with client objectives, oversee key accounts, and ensure the delivery of measurable value and client satisfaction. The position also includes building and mentoring a high-performing business development team and providing leadership input on go-to-market plans, pricing, and pipeline prioritization.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in New Business Development and Sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth in digital media, advertising, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in Business Planning, including market analysis, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning.
- Proven expertise in Contract Negotiation, deal structuring, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder agreements.
- Solid background in Account Management, with the ability to nurture senior client relationships and grow accounts over
