Role Description
The Store Incharge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The individual will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock receiving, storage, and dispatch of pulses and related products. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate records, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards,



and coordinating with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment. The Store Incharge will supervise store staff, implement retail loss prevention practices, and ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately. The role also involves addressing customer queries, supporting sales teams, and upholding company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Strong store management skills, including inventory control, stock handling, and basic documentation.
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective customer service and problem-solving.
- Explicit and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of retail loss prevention practices and adherence to safety and security procedures.
- Prior experience in warehousing, retail, FMCG, or agricultural commodities is preferred.
