The Role
Be the first point of contact for prospective students. Connect with leads, understand their study abroad goals, and schedule them with Senior Counsellors. *Freshers with great communication are welcome*

What You Need
- Any Graduate (0–3 years in Sales/Telecalling/BPO).
- Excellent English and Hindi communication.
- Confidence in phone/video calls.
- Basic knowledge of the study abroad industry is a plus.

KPIs
- Daily outbound calls & follow-ups.
- Booking qualified counselling appointments.
- Maintaining high CRM accuracy.
