About The Role




Our Financial Crime team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a quick-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to prevent financial crime.

We're looking for a Financial Crime Governance Manager to oversee and elevate our external and internal engagements. You’ll be the driving force behind identifying, measuring and mitigating our exposure to Financial crime risks globally.

What you'll be doing
- Managing the execution of standard annual Group EWRA reports, as well as ad-hoc assessments triggered by material changes in risk
- Compiling and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to calculate inherent risks, control effectiveness, and residual risk ratings across the firm
- Identifying and assessing core inherent risk categories
- Evaluating the design and operating effectiveness
