Job Title: Customer Relation Executive (CRE)

Job Description (Precise):
- Welcome customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Promote service campaigns, offers, and customer engagement activities.
- Collect and record customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare daily call reports and customer interaction records.

QualificationS:
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred; freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
