Key Responsibilities

Bespoke & Custom Client Orders
- Measurement & Fitting: Coordinate with the master tailor during client measurement sessions and ensure accurate spec sheets.
- Production Supervision: Oversee pattern making, fabric cutting, stitching, and embellishment/handwork workflows daily.
- Quality Control (QC): Perform strict final inspections (checking fit, finishing, seam strength, lining, and zipper quality) before client handovers.

Ready-to-Wear (RTW) & Store Distribution
- Collection Design: Conceptualize and design seasonal RTW ranges for women's wear.
- Bulk Production Management: Plan production schedules to deliver RTW collections on time without disrupting custom orders.
- Retail Supply Chain: Package, inspect, and manage dispatch logistics for RTW stock sent to partner multi-brand stores.

Studio & Team Operations
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide daily tasks for master cutters, tailors, embroiderers, and sourcing staff.
- Inventory & Logging: Track raw material usage (fabrics, linings, dyes, trims) and maintain production logs.
