Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support – UK Process role based in Bengaluru. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer queries from UK-based clients through calls, emails, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.



The team member will troubleshoot basic technical issues related to Bytescare’s brand protection platform, escalate complex cases, and follow up to ensure resolution. Daily work includes documenting interactions in the CRM, tracking recurring issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction. The role also requires working in alignment with UK business hours, maintaining professional communication, and meeting defined service-level and quality metrics.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience handling international clients preferred.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support capabilities and Analytical Skills to understand issues, interpret data, and assist with platform-related queries.
- Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear spoken and written English communication, active listening, and empathy.
