Job Summary

We are looking for a technically qualified professional to manage regular domestic maintenance services for premium expatriate residences across Mumbai.

The role combines technical coordination, client relationship management, vendor management, and maintenance planning. You will work closely with expatriate clients, landlords, housing societies, maintenance vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining Relomi's high hospitality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage regular domestic maintenance requirements for assigned expatriate residences.
- Coordinate maintenance requests related to electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, appliances, civil works, pest control, and other household services.
- Visit client apartments whenever required to inspect issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, landlords, and housing societies.
- Ensure maintenance work is completed within committed timelines and quality standards.




- Maintain qualified communication with expatriate clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Obtain quotations, coordinate approvals, and monitor repair costs.
- Supervise vendor visits and ensure quality workmanship.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and property condition checks.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, quotations, photographs, and service history.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client support.
- Continuously improve client satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and service quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or related technical field.
- 2–5 years' experience in Facility Management, Property Maintenance, Hospitality Engineering, Residential Maintenance, or Technical Operations.
- Excellent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory.
