Position Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Architect / Designer to lead and support architectural and interior design projects from concept development through execution. The candidate will be responsible for preparing design concepts, presentations, detailed drawings, coordination with consultants,



and supporting project execution teams.
The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in Corporate Interiors, Commercial Fit-Outs, Design & Build Projects, Architecture, Construction, or Turnkey Projects. Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Design Development
- Develop creative architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning layouts, design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
- Create 2D and 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.

Technical Drawings & Documentation
- Prepare architectural, interior, and execution drawings.
- Develop detailed working drawings, GFC drawings, and shop drawing coordination.
