Role

The Store Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and store operations supporting electric bus and truck maintenance, ensuring uninterrupted availability of spare parts, batteries, consumables, tools, and critical components. The role requires strong expertise in inventory planning, warehouse management, vendor coordination, ERP systems, and maintaining optimal stock levels while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.





The ideal candidate should have prior experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, electric vehicle, heavy equipment, or fleet maintenance industries.

Responsibility

1. Store & Warehouse Management

· Lead daily store and warehouse operations across EV bus and truck maintenance facilities.

· Ensure productive receipt, storage, preservation, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

· Maintain systematic storage of fast-moving, slow-moving, and critical spare parts.

· Ensure proper identification, labeling, and bin management of inventory.

· Monitor warehouse housekeeping as per 5S standards.

2. Inventory Planning & Control

· Maintain optimum inventory levels to support uninterrupted fleet operations.

· Track inventory movement and monitor stock availability.

· Develop Min-Max inventory levels for all critical spare parts.

· Monitor stock ageing and obsolete inventory.
