Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies as per the daily call plan.
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products effectively and generate prescriptions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product detailing and explain product benefits with confidence and scientific knowledge.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the doctor and customer base.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with doctors to strengthen product recall and prescription generation.
- Organise and participate in CMEs, doctor meetings,



and promotional activities.
- Maintain daily call reports, expense reports, and sales records accurately.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments (where applicable) and coordinate with distributors and stockists.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and ethical business practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Confident personality with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
