The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and customer acquisition to liaisoning, project coordination, and installation support—while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and networking.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from enquiry to project closure.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Coordinate with the Liaisoning, Design, Operations,



and Installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up until successful project installation and commissioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales.
- Solar industry experience is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales operations.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
