Role Description
The Academic Advisor role at Hero Vired is a full-time, in office position based in Noida and Gurgaon. The Academic Advisor will guide learners throughout their academic journey, providing individualized support on course selection, program expectations, and learning pathways. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one student counseling sessions, offering career and academic guidance, monitoring learner progress,



and addressing academic concerns or challenges. The role involves collaborating with faculty and internal teams to ensure learners receive timely support, as well as organizing and participating in workshops or sessions focused on academic success and career readiness. The Academic Advisor will maintain accurate records, use data to identify support needs, and contribute to improving the overall learner experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support learners with personal, academic, and career-related decisions.
