JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a
Store Keeper
to manage site store operations, material handling, and inventory control at our construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure proper storage, tracking, and issuance of materials to support smooth project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials
- Handle material receipt, material on site inspection, and storage as per standards
- Issue materials to site team as per approved requisitions
- Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and ERP entries
- Conduct regular stock verification and inventory audits
- Coordinate with Purchase and Site Engineers for material planning
- Ensure proper stacking, safety, and housekeeping of store
- Track minimum stock levels and raise indents timely
- Maintain documentation of GRN, delivery challans,



and invoices
- Prevent material loss, damage, or pilferage

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
- Relevant experience in construction site store management

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred)
- Good coordination and communication skills

KEY COMPETENCIES
- Attention to detail
- Accountability and discipline
- Ability to work in site environment
- Strong organizational skills

PREFERRED
- Experience in building/infrastructure/Construction projects
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period
