Shop Concept & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a premium manufacturer of customized retail fixtures and showroom furniture. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage client communication and coordinate with all internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients after order confirmation and will ensure seamless communication between Design, Purchase, Production, Quality, Dispatch, Installation, Accounts, and Management.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule and attend client meetings (online and offline) as required.
- Understand client requirements, revisions, and priorities.
- Provide regular project status updates.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build robust relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Project Coordination
- Create and maintain project timelines.




- Monitor project progress against agreed schedules.
- Coordinate project activities from design approval to final installation.
- Ensure every department completes assigned tasks on time.
- Escalate risks or delays to management with proposed solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate daily with:
- Design Team
- Purchase Department
- Production Department
- Quality Control
- Packaging & Dispatch
- Installation Team
- Accounts Department

Ensure smooth information flow between departments and resolve coordination issues quickly.

Documentation
- Maintain project files and approval records.
- Track client-approved drawings and revisions.
- Record site measurements and installation reports.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Maintain change request and variation order documentation.

Commercial Coordination
- Follow up for client approvals.
