Job Summary

The Cafe & Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, managing staff, controlling costs, increasing sales, and ensuring smooth coordination between the kitchen, bakery, and service teams.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, operational expertise, financial acumen,



and experience managing high-volume multi-cuisine restaurants or cafés.

Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Operations
- Manage daily restaurant and café operations.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor dining service to ensure a premium guest experience.
- Supervise dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations.
- Ensure efficient coordination between kitchen, bakery, and service teams.
- Maintain service quality during peak hours.
- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Manage chefs, bakers, service staff, cashiers, and housekeeping personnel.
- Prepare duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and customer-focused work environment.
- Handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies.
