Job Summary

We are looking for a Legal Executive with 0–2 years of experience in an NBFC or FinTech. The ideal candidate should have exposure to payday loans, personal loans, or digital lending and be familiar with legal documentation, compliance, and recovery-related legal matters.

Preferred Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in an NBFC, fintech, or bank.
- Exposure to payday loans, personal loans, or digital lending.
- Knowledge of RBI guidelines applicable to NBFCs and digital lending.
- Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, vendor agreements, and legal notices.
- Assisting in recovery-related legal documentation.
- Coordinating with external advocates and handling litigation tracking.
- Legal research on regulatory and compliance matters.
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance.
- Contract drafting.

- Recovery and litigation support.
- Robust drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
