Role Description
This is a remote, contract Account Executive role responsible for driving revenue growth and new customer acquisition for Path-iQ’s digital pathology platform. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying prospects in pathology, laboratory, and research settings, conducting product demos,
and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close. The Account Executive will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, prepare proposals and pricing, and collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also involves tracking pipeline and performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends and customer needs, and representing Path-iQ at virtual events or industry meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience with B2B sales, account management, or business development in healthcare, life sciences, or health technology.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals in a consultative selling environment.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to cloud platforms, AI solutions, and digital workflows to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
