Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Project Engineer with hands-on experience in execution of VRF systems and allied HVAC projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with design & planning teams, and ensuring timely project completion as per approved drawings and standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise VRF/VRV, ductable, and cassette AC system installations as per design and manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all HVAC works are carried out according to approved drawings, BOQ, and project timelines.
- Review and interpret HVAC drawings, heat load calculations, AutoCAD layouts, and schematic diagrams.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors for project progress and approvals.
- Handle site-level manpower planning, subcontractor management, and material tracking.
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC, safety norms,



and technical standards during executions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, test certificates, and as-built documentation.
- Perform testing & commissioning of VRF systems, pressure testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and performance verification.
- Coordinate with the design and purchase teams for material requisitions and site requirements.
- Monitor and verify ducting, piping, insulation, and electrical interconnections for HVAC systems.

Technical Skills Required
- Solid knowledge of VRF/VRV systems (preferably LG, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Daikin, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project scheduling tools.
- Understanding of heat load calculation, pressure balancing, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of refrigeration cycle, copper piping, and control wiring layouts.
