Role & responsibilities
- Prepare architectural 2D drawings, 3D models, elevations, and construction drawings.
- Develop conceptual, detailed, and working drawings as per client requirements.
- Prepare BOQs, layouts, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, site engineers, and consultants.
- Handle project execution from design development to final submission.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Manage work orders received from MNC companies and corporate clients.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- 24 years of experience in architectural and construction design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar design software.
- Experience in preparing architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualisations.
- Knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and project coordination.
- Solid communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling projects for MNC clients is preferred.
