· Assist the Business Delivery Manager in leading OTIF delivery of small projects, as per the design brief.

· Plan DoEs for product development and execute them independently.

· Conduct necessary trials at lab, pilot and plant scale and assist the Business Delivery Manager in development and implementation of current products and process, as agreed in design brief.

· Conduct shelf-life studies and all other necessary analyses on products and raw materials, as and when required.

· Conduct necessary secondary research and literature search, as mandated by the project needs.

· Assist the Business Delivery Manager in establishing product stability and lead delivery of the project OTIF, as agreed with the client.

· Document all the experiments, trials, and analyses conducted as a part of the project, on regular basis, for future reference.

· Assist the Business Delivery Manager in identifying new suppliers for RM, PM,



and Process Equipment and co-manufacturers, as and when required.

· Collaborate with members from other functions and ensure delivery of all aspects related to the project, OTIF and as per the brief from the client.

· Ensure compliance to all mandatory SOPs and Templates, while conducting necessary trials and experiments, all the time.

· Ensure compliance to all Occupation Safety rules and regulations, mandated by the organisation time to time.
- Qualification & Experience:
- B Tech/M Sc/ M Tech: Food Technology, Food Science & Engineering with 1 -4 years of experience.

Pay: From ₹384,000.00 per year
