Key Responsibilities

Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate offer discussions and onboarding formalities with candidates.
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and meet hiring timelines.
Work closely with the Business Development/Account Management team to understand priority positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency (preferred).




Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good negotiation and coordination skills.
Bachelor's degree in HR or relevant field (preferred, not mandatory).
