Designation: Director - Operations

Role Summary:

The Director will be responsible for leading and managing an entire Line of Business (LOB) by driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, team development, and business growth. The role requires solid leadership capabilities, experience managing large teams across onshore and offshore locations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, particularly within the United States. The Director will serve as a key decision maker ensuring KPIs, quality standards, and strategic objectives remain aligned across functions including Operations, Quality, Training, MIS, and Project Delivery.

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in operations or client services, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience collaborating with US Healthcare payers and providers
- Experience managing large onshore/offshore teams.




- Proven track record in scaling teams and managing multiple clients.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & Operational Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end Line of Business performance including Operations, Quality, Training, Workforce/MIS, and Process Excellence.
- Drive operational strategies to ensure efficiency and SLA adherence.
- Ensure continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Maintain alignment between organizational goals, KPIs, and client expectations.

2. Team & People Management
- Manage large cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Lead, coach, and mentor managers and team leads.
- Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Support talent development and succession planning.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as primary point of contact for multiple US-based
