Job Opening Merchandiser / Product Development Executive

About Us

We are a fast-growing company engaged in Promotional Merchandise, Beauty & Personal Care, serving clients in India and international markets. We are looking for a creative, energetic and commercially driven Merchandiser / Product Development Executive with a strong eye for design, packaging and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative promotional merchandise, corporate gifts, health supplements and beauty products.
- Create product concepts and work on packaging and branding ideas.
- Prepare design briefs and coordinate with graphic designers to develop attractive packaging and product artwork.
- Ensure all products meet brand guidelines and have a premium market appeal.
- Research design trends, materials, colours and finishes to create commercially successful products.
- Coordinate product development from concept to final production.
- Review artwork,



mock-ups and packaging before production.
- Work closely with manufacturers to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Meet corporate clients to understand their branding requirements and present product ideas.
- Generate current business through cold calls, emails and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
- Prepare presentations, quotations and product proposals.
- Coordinate orders from enquiry through to delivery.
- Maintain product specifications and merchandising documentation.

Preferred Experience
- Promotional merchandise / corporate gifting industry OR
- Beauty & personal care industry
- Consumer products or packaging design experience

Skills Required
- Strong aesthetic sense and excellent understanding of product and packaging design.
- Ability to visualise premium products and create clear design briefs.
- Good understanding of branding,
