Role Description
The Property Manager – Gurugram is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area,



responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of designated properties within JadeCaps’ portfolio. The role includes coordinating check-ins and check-outs, supervising housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring properties meet brand standards, and resolving guest and owner issues promptly and professionally. The Property Manager will monitor occupancy, support pricing and inventory updates, and collaborate with central teams to implement operational processes, technology tools, and service improvements. This position also involves building strong relationships with owners, local vendors, and service providers, conducting periodic property inspections, and maintaining accurate records for reporting, compliance, and performance tracking.
