Role Overview:

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the complete content process for Khwaahish Diamonds, from planning, writing, lookbook content and shoot coordination to scheduling, posting, SEO support, offline content support and performance tracking.

The role requires working closely with the brand team, creative team, social media team, production team, SEO team, digital team and external agencies to ensure all content is created and executed with a transparent brand and business objective.

The main objective is to create strong and consistent content that builds brand presence, improves engagement, supports search visibility and drives quality walk-ins to the store.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Content Writing & Copywriting

Write captions, hooks, scripts, CTAs, website content, WhatsApp content, YouTube titles and descriptions, campaign copy, product storytelling, SEO-friendly content and offline communication copy.

2. Content Planning & Calendar





Plan monthly content buckets and content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, Google Business Profile, website, WhatsApp, ads, campaigns, events and offline activities.

3. Lookbook Topics & Content

Plan lookbook themes, topics, titles, collection stories, styling notes, occasion-based content and product descriptions for bridal, festive, South Indian, gemstone, Polki, diamond and high jewellery edits.

4. Reel Scripts & Storyboarding

Create reel concepts, video scripts, opening hooks, on-screen text, voiceover lines and basic storyboards for model videos, product videos, founder-led content, customer videos, lookbooks and campaign shoots.

5. Event Themes & Campaign Ideas

Support event concepts and themes such as Jugalbandi, collection previews, styling sessions, bridal consultations, festive showcases and in-store experiences with the required content, copy and communication flow.
