Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support placement drives and campus hiring activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
HR Operations
- Support attendance and leave management processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and team initiatives.
- Coordinate with employees for HR-related communication and support.
- Assist in day-to-day HR operational activities.
Administration & Coordination
- Support office administration and workplace coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners whenever required.
- Assist in ensuring smooth office operations and employee support activities.
Preferred Skills
- Fresher or up to 6 months of internship experience in HR/Admin.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
