Role Summary
The Area Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, developing the market and managing relationships with retailers, dealers and distributors across the assigned territory. The role requires extensive market visits, order generation, customer acquisition, product promotion, payment follow-up and timely sales reporting.

Reporting Structure
The Area Sales Officer shall report directly to the Regional Sales Head. All daily activities, sales reports, order updates, market feedback, customer visit details and other work-related communications shall be routed through the Regional Sales Head unless otherwise directed by Management.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales targets assigned for the territory by the Regional Sales Head or Management.
2. Customer Visits and Order Booking
Regularly visit retailers, dealers, distributors and other customers to generate orders, build relationships and increase sales volume.
3. Market Development
Identify and onboard new retailers, dealers,



distributors and business opportunities to expand the Company's presence across Chennai, North Arcot, South Arcot and Puducherry. 4. Relationship Management
Maintain strong and qualified relationships with existing customers, dealers and distributors to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
5. Product Promotion
Promote the Company's kitchenware and utensil products, schemes, offers and new product launches to improve market awareness and sales.
6. Market Feedback
Collect and report information regarding customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing trends, new products and other market developments.
7. Stock and Visibility
Monitoring Monitor product availability, stock levels, display placement and brand visibility at trade outlets. Coordinate with customers to maintain adequate stock and effective product display.
