Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will lead and supervise the sales team, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives for the company’s property portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, guiding team members on client interactions, and monitoring performance metrics.



The role involves meeting prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable property options, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful closures. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams, contribute to promotional activities, prepare sales reports, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
