We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) who is passionate about finance, business analysis, consulting, and helping businesses achieve sustainable growth.
- Key Responsibilities

The candidate will assist in:

• Financial Health Checkups of businesses

• Financial statement analysis and preparation of analytical reports

• Ratio analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis

• Profitability and cost analysis

• Cash flow analysis and forecasting support

• Working capital management and debtor-creditor analysis

• Budgeting, financial projections, and MIS preparation

• Compliance reviews under Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act

• Internal control reviews and process improvement assignments

• SOP preparation, process documentation, and checklist development

• Inventory analysis, ageing reports, and stock control reviews

• Asset utilisation and operational efficiency analysis





• Debtors ageing analysis and follow-up support

• Business performance monitoring and dashboard preparation

• Research on industry trends, business models, and financial benchmarks

• Preparation of client presentations, reports, and management summaries

The role involves understanding client businesses, identifying financial and operational challenges, supporting senior consultants in analysis, and contributing to implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Technical Skills

• Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

• Working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act compliances

• Financial analysis and reporting skills

• Budgeting and forecasting concepts

• Cash flow and working capital understanding

• Cost and profitability analysis

• Knowledge of internal controls and risk management concepts

• Good command over Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge
