Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across:
- Amazon Ads
- Flipkart Ads
- Myntra Ads
- Handle Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and marketplace promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute ROI-driven marketplace advertising strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including:
- ROAS
- ACoS
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- CPC
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ad spend optimization.
- Coordinate with catalog, content, creative, and e-commerce teams for listing and campaign optimization.
- Optimize product listings, titles, keywords, and creatives for better marketplace performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS/performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and campaign structures.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and marketplace insights to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with marketplace algorithms,



advertising trends, and best practices.
- Handle campaigns across multiple marketplaces and categories simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3-6 years of experience in:
- Amazon Ads
- Flipkart Ads
- Myntra Ads
- Marketplace Advertising
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Amazon Seller Central
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Marketplace Advertising Platforms
- Good understanding of:
- PPC Campaigns
- Performance Marketing
- E-commerce Advertising
- Marketplace Growth Strategies
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of tools such as:
- Helium 10
- Jungle Scout
- Marketplace Analytics Tools
- Experience in E-commerce / D2C / Retail / Fashion / Footwear brands preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
