About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented
Performance Marketing Executive
with
2+ years of hands-on experience
in managing paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, experience optimizing campaigns for ROI, and the ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across
Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms
.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience research, campaign structure, bidding strategies, budgeting, and optimization.
- Track and improve key performance metrics such as
CPA, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV
.
- Conduct
A/B testing
on ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.




- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and identify opportunities for optimization and scaling.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking using
Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Conversion API
.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
- 2+ years
of proven experience in
Performance Marketing
or
Digital Marketing
.
- Strong experience managing campaigns on
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
.
- Working knowledge of
LinkedIn Ads
,
YouTube Ads
, and
remarketing campaigns
.
- Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Tag Manager (GTM)
, and campaign tracking.
