- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at project sites and sales offices.
- Generate leads through references, walk-ins, social media, and field activities.
- Contact prospective customers and schedule site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
- Conduct site visits and provide complete information about the project.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/MIS regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team for bookings, documentation, and customer queries.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and project developments.

Pay: ₹12,524.33 - ₹22,493.64 per month
