About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Institutional Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of schools, colleges, universities, and education organizations using the HelloIvy platform.

This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling,



enjoys building long-term institutional relationships, and wants to be part of one of India's fastest-growing AI EdTech companies.

You will own the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospects and conducting product demonstrations to negotiating commercial agreements and closing enterprise SaaS deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build a pipeline of schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, referrals, events, and inbound opportunities.
- Develop relationships with school owners, principals, trustees, management teams, counselors, career guidance heads, and university leadership.
- Understand institutional challenges and position HelloIvy as the preferred AI-powered counseling solution.
