Operating a up-to-date industrial black mass manufacturing plant in Andhra Pradesh, we are aggressively expanding our upstream supply networks. We are seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sourcing Manager to lead our on-the-ground feedstock acquisition and secure consistent raw material volumes.

Role Overview

The Sourcing Manager will own the field execution, lead generation, and commercial closing of battery scrap procurement across primary regional hubs. This role demands a high-agency professional who thrives in dynamic trading environments, handles unorganized and organized scrap networks with equal capability, and focuses entirely on achieving monthly volumetric targets. You will operate with high autonomy, reporting directly to executive leadership to fuel our processing capacity.

Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Origination:

Proactively identify, map,



and secure spent lithium-ion batteries (NMC, LFP, LCO) and manufacturing production scrap from regional hubs, aggregators, and waste networks.
- Commercial Execution:

Lead on-site material evaluations, navigate price discovery negotiations, and close B2B procurement deals within established corporate margin thresholds.
- Strategic Vendor Onboarding:

Pitch corporate recycling solutions to e-waste dismantlers, industrial waste managers, and battery pack assemblers to build long-term, recurring supply frameworks.
- Inbound Supply Stewardship:

Oversee the operational coordination of regional collection points, ensuring efficient packaging, secure loading, and compliant transport routing to our processing facility.
- Market Intelligence:

Conduct active local market mapping to monitor scrap availability, trade dynamics, and competitor commercial pricing matrices.
