Education: Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agribusiness, or a related field preferred

JOB SUMMARY

The Agricultural Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the Company's agricultural and farm operations. The role includes crop planning and production, farm staff supervision, resource management, agricultural input management, crop health monitoring, budgeting, record keeping, and ensuring that farm activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with applicable Indian laws, regulations, and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Crop Planning and Production
- Prepare seasonal and annual crop production plans.
- Select suitable crops based on soil, climate, water availability, market demand, and Company objectives.
- Plan and supervise land preparation, sowing, planting, irrigation,



fertilization, cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
- Monitor crop growth, quality, yield, and production performance.
- Develop crop rotation and production schedules where appropriate.
- Identify and address crop diseases, pests, weeds, and other production problems.

2. Farm Operations Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm.
- Coordinate agricultural activities and ensure timely completion of farm work.
- Supervise the use and maintenance of farm machinery, equipment, tools, irrigation systems, and other assets.
- Ensure the efficient use of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, water, fuel, and other agricultural inputs.
- Maintain proper farm infrastructure, storage, and operational facilities.

3. Staff and Labour Management
- Supervise permanent, temporary, and seasonal agricultural workers.
- Allocate duties and prepare work schedules.
