Responsibilities
- Engineering and design execution for water and wastewater treatment projects globally.
- Working as a Project Engineering Manager in the engineering department,



the incumbent shall primarily work directly on performing engineering functions related to the project business under the direction of the Head of Engineering.
- Assist in the growth and development of engineering talent within the Engineering team by providing guidance to other engineering staff and contributing to regular, frequent knowledge sharing sessions.
- Ensure that engineering is completed accurately within schedule and budge
- Support the Engineering Manager in establishing, maintaining and applying procedures and protocols that will enhance the quality, efficiency and repeatability of engineering activities throughout the department
- Carry out value engineering assessments of all projects under the incumbent's control. Conduct technical analyses and feasibility studies and provide expert advice on process optimization and technology selection.
- Receive the basic process design from the proposals / sales team.
- Prepare / develop / supervise P&IDs;, basic Engineering / design, detailed Engineering / design based on custome
