Job Description
Job Summary:

As a Payments Finance Transformation Automation Developer you accelerate reporting automation and process modernization. You will build production-grade data pipelines, automated FP&A; workflows, and standardized dashboards that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enable faster decision-making. This role partners closely with P&A; leads, Business Managers, Controllers, and Product teams to translate finance requirements into repeatable solutions with robust controls and governance.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and deploy end-to-end automation for FP&A; processes (data preparation, validation, reconciliations, KPI production, scheduled runs) using Python, SQL, and Databricks.
- Deliver Sigma dashboards to consolidate and rationalize recurring reports into a smaller set of standardized, governed self-service views.
- Develop and maintain finance-ready data models (actuals, projections/forecast, headcount/expense drivers),



including clear metric definitions and drill paths.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, success metrics, and adoption plans; convert ambiguous questions into deliverable backlogs and prototypes.
- Implement data quality and controls: reconciliation checks, completeness rules, threshold alerts, and documentation to support auditability and consistent outcomes.
- Support migration/modernization efforts by reducing reliance on manual workflows and fragmented tooling (e.g., streamline or re-platform legacy workflows where applicable).
- Perform UAT planning/support, production validation, release notes, and stakeholder training/documentation to drive sustained adoption.
- Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders (what changed, impact, risks/controls, next steps).
- Apply analytics techniques for anomaly detection, variance driver analysis, and forecast input validation,
